Why staff a full-time safety director when expert compliance is available at a fraction of the budget? Gain the assurance of a safer, fully compliant work environment without the overhead.
Where to Begin?
Our typical service is working with a client over the course of one year, working on different elements of OSHA compliance each month so we can customize solutions for one element at a time rather than everything all at once. This approach allows the client to continue running their business with minimal interruptions to work out issues and make decisions for solution options as the year progresses.
However, signing up for a year of service is a big commitment, so we offer a one-time service to assess your current OSHA compliance standing and let you know what it would take to become OSHA compliant. This snap-shot view of your operations, called OSHA Compliance GAP Analysis, allows you to get your arms around the scope of the issue so you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.
Our OSHA Compliance GAP Analysis (One-Time Service)
Check to see how your business measures up to OSHA standards with our OSHA Compliance GAP Analysis service. We review your safety program, training records, and operational practices, identify potential compliance issues, and provide a detailed report with actionable recommendations. This one-time service gives you a clear snapshot of your OSHA compliance standing and helps you make informed decisions about next steps.
Benefits at a Glance:
ComplyFIRSTSM (Annual Service)
Your Yearly Support Program
ComplyFIRSTSM is the name of our annual service in which we work with you over the course of one year with the goal of helping your business become OSHA compliant first, then working with you to set other goals if desired. OSHA compliance regulations are vast, but they are considered to be a “low bar” of achievement because merely doing what OSHA says may very well keep you out of regulatory trouble, but the safety industry, especially internationally, adopt safety practices that lower the risk of injuries and illnesses even more than what OSHA would require. We can offer guidance in going beyond OSHA compliance if desired. Safety First Consulting has a great amount of experience with regard to industry best practices and practical, low-cost, high-impact solutions that not only can make your workplace safer, employees can get onboard with the process.
A La Carte Services
We strive to prioritize our attention to our ComplyFIRSTSM clients first, then to our OSHA Compliance GAP Analysis clients second, but we can provide specific services to your company as our availability allows. Services include specific training or certification classes, written safety programs for your business, industrial hygiene services including noise sampling studies and air quality sampling studies, safety inspections, machine guarding inspections, “How to Manage an OSHA Inspection” training for your company, etc.
What if Osha Shows Up to My Workplace?
OSHA expects you to know the rules and to know your rights as an employer so they will not offer you assistance in that regard.
